Shipping Policy

  • Jules Hair ships domestic via Canada Post within Canada and worldwide via UPS or DHL express shipping

  • All orders have a processing time of 7 business days before shipping except otherwise stated. 

  • We advise you read the product description for appropriate processing time before ordering.

  • Free domestic shipping on all orders above $200 Canada Wide (some exclusions apply)​

  • If you need to cancel an order, make sure it is done before the items ships out otherwise it will be based processed based on our return policy.

  • Once an order is fulfilled and shipped out, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

  • Once an item is shipped it is your full responsibility to track the progress of the shipment after receiving a tracking number.

  • Shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout

We take precaution to protect your information. When you submit information on this website it is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card details), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or looking for "https" at the beginning of the web address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online we also protect your information offline, we will not share your information to any third party outside our organization other than to fulfill and ship your orders.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Jules Hair ensures a high quality control before shipping out an order.

 

However if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the package if it qualifies for full return or exchange and get a full refund or exchange the product for another be it similar or not. send us an email to process your return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the package. For all custom order all sales are final. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition your received it and in the original packaging

 

Please note: We wont accept returns with alterations made such as (cutting off the lace, removing the elastic band, cutting the hair and generally making any changes to its original state) Please read descriptions properly before making an order and if you have any questions contact us before placing your orders.​

SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying your shipping cost on returns

If you are issued a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as they are non refundable

REFUNDS

Once your item is received we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item. also the status of your refund will be sent to you after inspection.

If the refund is approved, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Depending on your bank issuer policy the credit will be received in a few days.
